For years, our story has been driven first and foremost by technology. We have been deeply focused on engineering, architecture, orchestration, identity governance, access management, AI, and the hard work of building a converged identity platform capable of addressing the realities of modern enterprise security. Our social media presence reflected that focus. We spoke the language of architects, engineers, identity practitioners and security professionals, because that is where much of our energy was being invested.
That focus mattered. It helped us build what we believe is one of the most advanced converged identity platforms in the market today. It helped us earn the confidence of customers operating in complex, demanding environments. It helped us prove that orchestration can be more than a layer added to an existing identity stack: it can become the connective tissue that allows organisations to modernise, govern, secure and evolve their entire identity fabric.
To those who have followed us through that earlier chapter, thank you. You were here when Monokee was more known for its technology than its market presence. You read the technical posts, watched the platform evolve, challenged our thinking, and helped create the community around what we were building. We are not leaving that audience behind. In many ways, you are the reason we are now in a position to take the next step.
And that next step is growth
Our customer base is expanding. Some of the largest organisations in the market are now talking with us about their identity challenges and modernisation strategies. At the same time, a growing number of technology providers, service organisations, integrators and potential strategic partners are asking how they can become part of the Monokee ecosystem.
That is an important change.
It means the conversation around Monokee is broadening. The market is no longer looking only at the technology alone. It is looking at what the technology can enable: how it can reduce risk, how it can simplify complex environments, how it can accelerate modernisation, how it can address complex business use cases, and how it can create better business outcomes.
You will see us communicating differently
We will remain deeply technical. That is part of our DNA, and we have no intention of changing it. But you will also see more business-focused content, more discussion of market challenges, more customer outcomes, more thought leadership, more partner stories, and more perspectives on the future of identity.
You may even see the occasional holiday message recognising the countries and markets where we operate today, and the ones we are expanding into tomorrow.
That is not a departure from who we are. It is a reflection of who we are becoming.
Growth also means people
As we expand, we will be hiring key individuals and building teams capable of supporting a larger organisation and a broader market presence. My own appointment as Global CEO is one recent example of that, and it comes with a brief that is not simply to manage the next phase of Monokee. It is to accelerate it.
What I bring to it are decades spent building businesses, establishing footholds in new markets, leading transformation and growing organisations — from Fortune 100 companies to startups — across cybersecurity, identity, AI, enterprise transformation, M&A, strategic partnerships and market development.
And I will not be doing it alone. As Monokee enters this next phase, we will be adding experienced leaders and talented professionals across marketing, operations, sales, engineering, partnerships and customer engagement. The objective is straightforward: build an organisation as strong as the technology behind it.
What you should expect
We know that rapid growth brings expectations. It should. You should expect more from us:
- More visibility.
- More engagement.
- More partnerships.
- More customer success.
- More technical leadership.
- More business leadership.
And more proof that Monokee belongs in the conversation with the largest identity providers in the world.
We welcome that expectation, because we intend to meet it.
Our roots are in technology. Our future is in applying that technology to solve the security, risk, operational and business challenges confronting every CEO, CISO and identity leader.
The journey continues, and this next chapter may well be the most important one yet. We hope you will come along with us.
